Christopher Haas is an architect working at the intersection of architecture, art, and academia. With a passion for creative explorations and artistic challenges, he loves to discover design possibilities and work on diverse projects where I seek to find and bring forth beauty, exciting experiences, and meaningful works.

Always seeking new challenges and adventure, he worked with the world-renowned Swiss architects Herzog & de Meuron for many years. Living in San Francisco, Switzerland, and Miami, he worked on the MH de Young Museum in San Francisco and was put in charge of one of their most ambitious projects to date, 11 11 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach In 2007, he founded Haas Architecture as a unique design studio.

He has taught at the University of California at Berkeley and currently teaches at the California College of the Arts. He currently lives and works in San Francisco with his family.
